Selfishness

Selfishness

The world is base somehow on “The way you are treating by others will be in turn the same way that you’ll treat others”.  This work well with people who aren’t conscious for what they are doing.

Selfish became one of the main causes of family breakups. Most divorces are not caused by domestic violence, but simply by a combination of selfish acts eventually result in a break up.

Culture is also at fault. Many people because of the hard financial situations these days, people tend to act selfish. It is okay in this aspect of life but we must take care not to let this attitude spread among our relationships with others.

Move this issue from the small family community to a big community like our country. Some of the people, who work with our government and even those who lead us, are very selfish. Everyone is looking to what he’ll gain and how he will do this without bothering themselves to give more for people who trusted them and do really need a help.

What do you think will happen if we became with social disease? How this could affect us?

  2. I believe in the proverb that says as you sow you reap. This proverb could be applied personally. But I think it is not applicable concerning the society, the case is more complicated because a sheer good or devilish society doesn't exist. Selfishness vs altruism, good vs evil, beauty vs ugliness etc. exist side by side in any society the thing that can ensure balance and correctness all the time. Perfection doesn't exist in our world.

  3. I believe selfishness affected teachers when they thought about just making money rather than really teaching students and it affected students when they bullying teachers instead of respecting them.Selfishness is in every step in our education system. It's in the ministry when leaders just concern about making decision that would please the higher leaders despite of how it would realy affects teachers or students.Selfishness is there some how ..but i wonder how and when we can change it?

  4. selfishness, an ugly word to hear and it can destory our community ,but i believe this is present whenever unequal chances are present in other words in the face of lack of security every one will attach to his belongings and his or her small community as they believe this will be the only source to gain and be secured.in fact, it is a big problem in the issue of education and learning if it is present be sure no progress in our country will happen . I do believe when our community recovered the previous problem of severe corruption we had before, all are equal in face of low, all have the same chances in education, employment and every thing so there will be very minimal of this selfishness at last god created us all equal and sharing the same land and opportunities so no need to be selfish as all will take his share.pray for good to all our world

    1. You are right Nashawa that you are talking about the equalities between students. So, there should be a minimun standard level of education that teachers not ever go beyond and should be supervised from the ministry. Some teachers caused thier proffesionalism to no enough money.I call this sulfishness because his problem is with the administrative not with the students and their right to learn.
