The consequences of
not reading
Encouraging
ourselves and our children to read a wide variety of books is probably the best
education you can give them.
When
I was in high school and because of the library sessions, I was reading two
stories per week. Then, I joined the college and unfortunately I was reading
only topics related to my major. Finally, I graduated then I became busy with
the life. I found myself lacking a lot of experiences when I face any problem
(kids, self-confidence, husband, and people around, setting objectives), so I
decided to go back and read more and more in different topics. In that way I feel
strong and grow faster than my age and I started to look different when
handling any issue and understand deeply the world I’m dealing with.
So
what do you think could be a consequence of not reading and values will be
added when you read?
Dear passant , I enjoied v much reading your nice words about reading and for me you can call me a book worm as I believe if I didn't read I will be retarded and steady stii so it is v. Interesting to find others sharing the same way of thinking, by reading I improve all my skills in different ways of life, in my carrier ,life ,children ,cooking even traveling as I am fascinated by reading about other countries and different culturs it gives me a sense of a magic and dream. I noticed on your first day that you were reading Anthony Robbin's work and his books and programs have helped me to push myself to achieve great things. Enjoy your reading in this course.
ReplyDeleteHello Bassant i totally agree with reading is life with reading you learn alot , find yourself and deal with whole world i belive this is way our almightly God asked us to read .you know i had my own projec wich i called " book for everyone" i decided to make books the only present i give for everyone around me in their birthdays or weddings,engaggment ..etc and i asked eveyone i gave a book to share it with at least one other person so books should go in circles i felt really im changing the wrold around me by something i love by a very great value ....Readin
